冯曦兮，副主任医师，硕士生导师，成都市预防医学会慢病专委会委员。华西医科大学预防医学专业学士（1992-1997）、四川大学社会医学与卫生事业管理专业硕士（2000-2004）。先后在成都市疾病预防控制中心、国家卫生部工作。现在澳门新葡平台网址8883循证医学与社会医学教研室工作。研究方向为社会医学、慢性非传染性疾病防治、临床流行病学、卫生事业管理。作为方法学家参与《中国儿童咳嗽诊断与治疗临床实践指南（2021版）》和Rapid Advice Guidelines for management of Children with Novel Coronavirus Disease等标准的制作。申请国家软件著作权1项（慢性病咨询服务平台V1.0，2019SR0713626），作为第一作者或通讯作者发表论文二十余篇，其中SCI论文4篇。
